marine
The marine biome is located in the five oceans, namely the Arctic, Antarctic, Indian, Pacific and Atlantic, along with some smaller Gulfs and Bays. More than 80% of the world's habitats can be found in the marine biome.
The climate of the Marine biome varies. The closer you get to the equator, the hotter the climate will get. Similarly, the deeper you go, the colder it will get because the sun's rays cannot penetrate deep into the ocean.
Some animals that live in an Marine biome are fish, algae, crabs, eels, sharks, dolphins, and other various marine animals. This type of biome has freshwater and saltwater habitats.
